BBI Sports Group is a Baseball Exclusive Management Company. Our team has over 50 years combined experience in the baseball industry provide our clients with all the resources necessary to achieve their goals.

We offer personalized service that allows our clients to be represented by the owners of the company rather than a “liaison” or middle man.

Our entire focus is on a client’s baseball CAREER.

Based on our experiences as players, and our own personal dealings with agents, we vow to be different.  We have always taken offense to being referred to as an "Agent" and the stigma that goes along with it.  Our goal has always been to establish a "New Breed" of player representative.  Through "Honesty, Integrity, & Loyalty" we feel we can make a difference in the baseball industry!

Jay Franklin and Jeff Frye have been best friends for over 27 years. Both Jay and Jeff played high school, American Legion and Major League (Texas Rangers organization) baseball together.  Jay and Jeff both have the "Blue Collar" approach to their work and take great pride in making sure each of their clients has all the tools necessary to succeed."
